What is a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)?
Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) are outpatient treatment options designed to treat addictions and co-occurring conditions such as depression and anxiety. PHP programs often include intensive psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and pharmacological treatments. They allow patients to receive services in a less restrictive environment than traditional inpatient treatment centers.
What is the difference between PHP and IOP?
The main differences between PHP and IOP are that PHP provides more intensive therapy with more frequent sessions. We will assess your needs when you enter our program and develop an appropriate care plan. We work closely with you to ensure you get the best possible treatment.
How long are PHP and IOP programs?
Recovery takes time. Typically, PHP and IOP programs last from 8 weeks to 24 weeks, but the length of treatment at any addiction treatment program depends on the severity of your addiction and how long you’ve been using substances. It may take several weeks to a couple of years before an individual is ready to graduate entirely from a treatment program.
What is Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP)?
(IOP) is a form of addiction treatment and mental health care for patients who need intense therapy but do not require hospitalization or residential treatment. IOP programs typically provide group sessions, individual counseling, medication management, and other therapies. IOP aims to help patients recover from substance use disorder while maintaining flexibility and allowing patients to continue residing at home or sober living.
What is a Sober Living?
Sober living offers a safe environment where you can live with others recovering from drug and alcohol abuse. You can focus on your recovery without worrying about being around drugs or alcohol. Furthermore, sober living environments help hold residents accountable through random drug and alcohol testing.
What are the benefits of Sober Living?
Sober living provides a safe place where individuals can focus on their recovery without worrying about being around people who use drugs or alcohol.
The sober support system provided is a crucial component of successful recovery because it helps build self-esteem, confidence, and motivation. Community support also plays a role in recovery as it gives individuals a sense of belonging and purpose.
Guidance and supervision also help keep residents safe by providing them with accountability and helping them avoid relapse.
Additionally, our sober living facilities offer opportunities for social interaction and recreation that can be difficult to find outside of a structured setting like rehab.
